ADSASS aplication with no DAT score

Hey All,

I am submitting my application tonight to ADSASS. But I have not taken the DAT as yet. I think I will be ready to take the DAT in July or August. On my application I put expected to take DAT in August 2005.

Do the schools wait until they get a DAT score to review your application?
When are the first set of interviews... Aug 2005? Will I get a interview if my DAT score is not in the application by then?

Should I take the DAT asap so that the schools get a score and if i do poorly i can re-take in 3 months... OR should I take the test when I am 100% ready in August?

By the way UOP is where I want to go to school!

take the dat when you are ready the schools will hold on to your application. if you mess up on the dat you are not going anywhere. 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

Virtually none of the schools will give you an interview until they have your DAT scores. They will look at your application before receiving your DAT score, and maybe send you a letter saying they've received your AADSAS & are now waiting on your DAT score. The interviews usually start at the beginning of september. I waited till I knew I would do well on the DAT, and took it on Aug 18. I did plan on taking it before then, but do to 4 hurricanes here in the great state of FL the test was moved several times.
