I couldn't find the answer to this question (and I dug through the NRMP user's guide and watched their webcasts).
If I have a program with both advanced and categorical positions and I have it like this in my primary list:
.
.
.
184243C0 Seattle Grace
184243A0 Seattle Grace
.
.
.
From the perspective of fees, does this count as one program or 2? It's the same prefix code for the same program except for the difference in C vs A. This could make a big difference in how I arrange my list.
Thanks for your help!
