Does anyone know what the term " advanced pharmacy practice " means exactly ?
is there a definition for it ?

In our school... advanced pharmacy practice means doing something that a normal staff or community pharmacist isnt paid to do. like maybe disease managment, education, etc..

At my school we do advanced pharmacy practice third year. Basically it's when we get our pharmacy hours at a hospital but not in the hospital pharmacy - like more "clinical" experience (as opposed to the community pharmacy experience we get 1st year or the hospital pharmacy experience second year.)
