Advice for learning to use Interfolio and the LoR submission process?

This is going to be my first time using Interfolio and my first time getting letters to medical schools. Has anyone else learned to use Interfolio lately? If so, is there a tutorial or advice you recommend?

I am also new to submitting LoRs to medical schools and am interested in any advice about that. I have heard about checking off boxes about who gets to see letters (and who doesn't), and consent forms. So far, I have no idea where those forms come from or where I will encounter them in this process. I would be relieved if someone would fill me in.

For interfolio, just learn by doing. It is very easy to send them to AMCAS and AACOMAS when the time comes and they have video and written instructions.

It's easy to send to AACOMAS, you request it FROM AACOMAS and interfolio sends it. But with the new update that interfolio did, I'm confused on how to send to AMCAS. Let me know if you figure it out!
