Here are the resources I've loved and hated depending on the day
Clinical Neuroanatomy made ridiculously simple, if you do not already own it go buy it, now.... Then read it just lounging on the couch.
Next.. Axiom neuro, it is an awesome 3d tracts questions and it makes certain relationships show up. It also has a section where you can do lesions with a person.
Next... Retread clinical Neuroanatomy this time taking notes and drawing out tracts
Next on YouTube there are 52 videos made by this guy about Neuroanatomy, I can't remember his name but he uses an ink pen and takes you through all of the basics really well.
Next, If you link songs there were 2 by this girl on YouTube the spinothalamic and dcml, I was singing one of them in my head while doing questions.
If you are still having problems I recommend getting a brain and brainstem and hashing it out. Axiom is by far one of my favorite resources. (this is coming from someone who had lots of difficulty with neuro, after going through axiom it finally clicked interns of 3d orientations. There may be other resources that work better for you though.
