Ok seriously though, you are all about to lose your minds over your grades (worse than in college? Yes) - so here's my opinion.
Grades matter if:
1. You like neurosurgery, orthopedics, dermatology or opthomology.
2. You hope to alienate everyone around you.
3. Introversion is your bag baby.
4. You are interested in developing a neurosis.
grades do not matter if:
1. You like medicine, pediatrics, family practice, psych.
2. Sanity is important to you.
3. Sunlight is a good thing.
