Hi everyone, I was able to earn a 4 on the AP Calc BC exam, which is a 5 for the AP Calc AB exam. However, should I take calc 1 or calc 2 as a college freshman. Is Calc 2 extremely hard? My major, which is biology, only requires one semester of calc 1. Also, should I take 16 or 19 credits this semester? Thank you for your advice.

The difficulty of your calc classes depends on your specific university. You should consult past grade distributions for your classes or consult people you know at college to tell you about difficulty.
As for your credits, both are fine. It's more important you plan your schedule wisely for (most importantly) academic success and then secondly extracurricular opportunity.

depends on what classes make up 16 or 19. I would say don't take Calc, Bio and Chem. 2 sciences or 1 science + 1 math should be OK.
