I have taken notes in the Pathoma book (minus GI), BnB within my FA book (minus some basic phys, MSK, and biochem since I started BnB second year), and sketchy within FA as well. I have also been adding small notes in FA on missed UW questions, too.

Once you have the notes, condense them into one resource. Resource overload and the trouble of switching through multiple resources can be detrimental.
