Advice needed, DAT.

Debating whether to take dat in August or if I should wait until summer of junior year.
Will be taking orgos in summer will finish them by the first week of July. Everything would be fresh since I'm taking chem 2 atm.

Also is this exam a valid diagnostic test, I was thinking about trying it out and seeing where I stand, is it too easy?

I personally think it's a little too easy. The organic on that exam was kind of similar to my actual DAT, but the bio and gen chem are way too easy. Others may disagree, but my suggestion is to take the DAT only ONCE (when you're ready) and score as high as possible. Of course try that exam and see where you stand, but also try mock exams from kaplan, datqvault, dat destroyer, and everything you can get your hands on. Practice as much as possible, take the DAT once, score as high as you can and go rock your interviews. The next thing you know you'll be accepted to the dental school of your choice. Good luck!
