Advice needed for NBDE prep

Hello,
I am dentist from India living in USA.
I took my NBDE 1 test last month, i got 74 score (it hurts when i am just 1 score short)
During test i realized that Biochem and physiology were my weakness.
I I studied First aid and most of decks.
Please suggest a methodology to be more productive and effective with preparation?
Any special habits to stay focused?
All suggestions welcome.
