you might need over 90 college credits to matriculate to those schools and also do you have the pre-req classes done? like 1 year of bio, 1 year of physics, 1 year of orgo and whatever else they require. there's a good chance you might be placed in their pre-med programs or other alternative programs if you matriculate without a bacholars.
average mcat scores for those schools are around 24 so you'll need an mcat that's higher than that.
