Advice needed/rant

I am a CA resident but unfortunately I don't remember any out of state friendly Florida schools for me to apply to. And California schools themselves have no in state preference from what I remember.
Most of the CA schools do have a strong instate preference, the problem is they also have way too many qualified instate applicants that they have to turn away which makes it terrible to be a CA applicant.

Oh, I thought you were an FL resident.

OK, get MSAR Online stat, and apply to all those schools whose median MCAT and GPAs are closest to yours. Apply to DO schools as well. Touro-Ca and Western are in your backyard, after all.

I'd apply this year if I were you. If you can't get in with a 4.0 and 38, decent ECs, and applying early - well, there's no hope for me.
