Hey forum members,
I need a little advice. I am very keen on attending a US MD school but due to a lower verbal reasoning score have been unsuccesful in the past. I have rewritten my mcat and hope to have my aps out soon. I have recently been admitted to an offshore med school. Now my question is, if I attend this school, while applying to US MD schools, will that put me at a disadvantage in the US? Will adcoms be neutral, biased or look favourably at this. Does anyone know of a friend or colleague that spent a year in a forgein med school but then was admitted in the states and restarted?
