advice on an elective in the CLEVELAND CLINIC (OH)

Hi!

so here's the thing:

i'm an IMG and the cleveland clinic is one of my options for an elective.

i'm mainly interested in doing either of these electives:
- pediatrics acting internship
- intenal medicine acting internship
- coronary ICU
- pediatric ICU

i wanted to ask if someone had done an elective there and can give me some feedback? the main things that i want to know is how are my chances to actually get accepted into the electives, since most of them have maximum 1-2 spot available, and also how strong is a LOR from that place?
