advice on application glitch

I just noticed that the dates on two of my activites on the AADSAS are wrong. I am going to put the correct dates on my secondary apps. Should I note the change in the "additional info" section of the apps? It was simply a stupid mistake on my part. Should I note it or just put the correct date and not mention it?

why are you calling it a glitch when its a mistake on your part?

You should certainly make all efforts to correct the mistakes rather than ignoring them. Just my opinion.
