Advice on Clinical Case-based review book for the Summer

Hi, everyone.

I've just finished my 4th year at a European Med School (roughly MS3?) and would like to stimulate my clinical thinking process through some clinical case-based review book of some of the essential medicine. I find it sticks better if its case-based.

Any suggestions?
