Hey guys, I'm looking for advice/suggestions on my list. I will be submitting my application today.

oGPA 3.75 - sGPA 3.6
PAT 24
QR 20
RC 21
Bio 19
GC 21
OC 24
TS 20
AA 21

This is my current list:
1. Buffalo (state school)
2. Stony Brook (state school)
3. UConn
4. Case
5. UCSF
6. Pacific
7. Michigan
8. Marquette
9. Temple
10. Louisville
11. VCU
How many more schools should I add? Would ~12 be a good range or should I consider more?

I would consider adding a few of these:
Detroit Mercy, Pittsburgh, MWUAZ, UNLV, Western, Nova, Indiana, Tufts, Penn, Maryland, MWUIL

Any suggestions on my current list? Which additional ones would you recommend adding where I would be most competitive?
Any comments are appreciated - thanks in advance!

NYU AND COLUMBIA.

LECOM too

Plus your first 6

8-15

Would be a good range....

But if $ ain't a thang,

Why ask....

And you are competitive.

@tooth knockn What is your reasoning for the changes? I didn't say money wasn't a factor, I'd like to keep my list as cheap as possible but I also want to make sure I'll be comfortable this cycle.

No, talking to @tooth knockn

And I think youll be fine anywhere you apply this cycle.
Okay, thank you. I've seen a lot of ridiculous "chance me" threads lately and don't want to give the impression that that's what I was doing lol just thought I'd ask for input/pros+cons of additional schools that I'm considering.

Anyone else have advice? I'd really like to have a handful of interviews and hopefully more than one acceptance! Should I add more or leave it as is?

AWESOME SCORES!!!! how are your ECs/shadowing/letters/PS? I personally applied to 8 schools

Wow thanks! I would say everything is at least average - letters are good, PS is good, shadowing is more than enough. My ECs aren't anything impressive, but I've done a bit of research and have been lightly involved with a few of the clubs on campus. I've also studied abroad so I hope that adds to my feeble list of ECs.
(Like everyone else) I'm just getting antsy seeing tons of interviews being offered and not being apart of that!

Edit: Just found your thread on here. Our DAT scores are wildly similar hahaha

hahaha i know it's crazy! your GPAs are above average, your DATs are above average, the rest of your application is average.. i think you're set! I hope to see you at UB lol

Thank you! Is that your #1? I go there for undergrad so I'm quite smitten lol

Since you already applied to half the schools in NY might as well apply to NYU and Columbia! I'm applying to Buffalo, Stony Brook, and UConn also so hopefully we'll graduate from one of those together!

Yea guys, maybe me too !

Wow this is getting more better by the minute.

3 SDNers is better than 2 SDNers !

Thanks for the feedback! I'm actually one of the few people that aren't too thrilled over NYU - the class size is just way too enormous for my liking. Columbia on the other hand doesn't sit well with me because $$$$$ for tuition + cost of living in NY = :dead:. Additionally, my stats are a bit lower than their averages so if I'm not confident about my chances, why waste the money to apply?
Super excited for the other 3 schools though! I think we all have pretty good shots. 🙂 Good luck guys!

Yea!

Good luck guys!!!

I feel like we should get together for tea and biscuits,

We can be the "Predent-SDN-Crew"
