Disclaimer: not a troll post
I applied to 25 MD schools and have 7 IIs so far, but I am a bit stressed that 4/7 of my IIs are from tippy-top schools that have measly post-II acceptance rates. The rest of the IIs are from in-state schools. I know I'm doing well, but I'm concerned that I'm getting no attention from the mid-tier OOS/private schools with solid acceptance rates post-II. I am happy to have gotten into one of my state schools already but I hope I can have more options, and I'm worried that I won't get into any other school due to the competitiveness of the top schools I got IIs to.
Any advice on interviewing well at the top schools from admitted students?

Yeah, show up with a purpose and a passion, be yourself, quit trying to play a game, and just interview as normal.
Seriously, admissions committee members can see right through the BS if you're trying to be anyone but yourself or you're trying to play answers to fit yourself into a better light, and it'll be the fastest way to get rejected.
