I am currently in community college(NJ) completing my prereqs. I need some advice on what schools to apply to. The ones that accept a lot of transfer students. Please list all schools that accept CC credits. Area doesn't matter.

thank you.

From your situation it sounds like you aren't talking about transferring. You need to look for the standard 4 year programs (ie: not 0-6).

I am not sure what you mean so I should just apply to any out of state school possible?

Since you are in NJ, I would suggest you starting from Rutgers; but I heard Rutgers, URI, UConn all accept very limited transfer students (like single digit), Northeastern does not even accept transfer at all (new policy?). If you have good GPA and PCAT, try Maryland, USP, MCPHS, maybe Temple and Thomas Jefferson. The best way is go to their website and research their requirements, even the same school has different policy from year to year.
