Advice on School Designations

I applied last year and didn't get in (got interview from BU)
I'm determined to get in this year. I'm a Canadian Student and have a GPA of 3.3
I'm re-taking the DAT on Monday (Hopefully everything over 20).

Also I noticed that there are new schools on the list - anyone know what their preference is on OOS?

Here's my list - if you see any schools that I have missed please let me know.
If you think I shouldn't apply to a certain school also let me know.
