Advice on what to do next?

So I am going to be a fourth year student at UCLA and I still aspire to go to med school despite my horrible stats. I have roughly a 3.0 GPA and am going to my MCAT in about 2 months. I realize with my GPA I really won't be competitive so I was wondering which Post-Bac programs would be the best option or what I should do to higher my chances of getting into medical school.
