I was put on a waitlist for a certain school. I didn't realize I was supposed to write back and tell them that I still want to be on the waitlist.
(They even indicated they would take me off the waitlist if I didn't respond) **I just saw this today.**

They emailed me today asking if I still want to be on the waitlist and that this is time sensitive.
Obviously, I emailed them and said yes! (this was about an hour ago)

My questions is: Should I send my letter of intent today or wait until tomorrow?
If I send today, do I like desperate and look like I didn't even have time to think about it?
( I was already planning on sending a letter of intent to them so I had my draft already)

You can't look desperate to a dental school. This isn't a dating game where you need to play hard to get. If you are accepting a waitlist position in February, they know you would accept an offer if they sent it your way.

Advice: Send a well written, meaningful letter of intent as soon as possible. Today, tomorrow, doesn't matter. Just do it soon.

Thank you, I appreciate that! 🙂 I will take your advice and send it in asap!

They sent me the waitlist position in december so luckily they didn't take me off the waitlist. (Which is actually very forgiving on their part)
