I'll need to get an 88% to get an A while I can get a B with 65% in pharm. The thing is I haven't been able to get an 88% on any of the exams this year for this course except for one exam they made easy because the one previous to it was unreasonably hard. With extra credits I'm able to have a slim chance of an A. But, truthfully, I'm not sure if I can get to 88% for the final exam since I wasn't able to when I WAS studying for this class before I really started to work on Step 1 about 2 months ago. Since I have my Step 1 in 4 wks my dilemma is whether to work on this class over the weekend to try to get an A or just start working on Step 1 prep since I'm pretty much guaranteed a B in the class.

You guys are all hard workers. So, I wanted to see what your strategy would be.

if its pharm, wont studying for the exam be indirectly studying for step 1 also?

ace that exam and get that grade...you'll feel better going into step prep...one weekend makes no difference...it's all about what you do after your classes end and you're fully focused
