I am a first time applicant. I only applied to osteopathic programs. My MCAT score expires this year, however, my significant other/ fiancee is relocating for residency and there are only 2 D.O. schools relative to the 13 locations in which he has attended for interviews.

We don't want to be apart for 4 years. Would it be better to withdraw my application, retake the MCAT and apply after finding out where he matches? Nonetheless, I would rather be apart for 4 years and become a physician, than to not be a physician at all.

Even withdrawing ur application then reapplying doesn't guarantee u'll get in where s/he matches, so that route doesn't seem sensible to be. Withdrawing ur application makes u a reapplicant n schools will ask how ur app has improved from the prior cycle. In ur shoes, i'll continue my application and decide later based on where I get in and bf/gf matches.
