Sounds like you've really got your ducks in a row for someone in their undergrad! I wish I had been as prepared as you seem...
You've balanced research time with clinical time, and seen to it that all the pre-requisites were taken care of. Even a GRE of 1300 with a GPA like yours (Hell, a 1200 with a GPA like yours) should equal a shoo-in candidacy (assuming research match, of course) for any number of top tier schools.
More undergrads should be like you!
