Hello,

I graduated with a BS in accounting and am considering going back to school to pursue something in medicine. I thought that radiology would suit me well.

I am applying to some post-bacc programs for the fall to take the science prereqs I need. (I have no science courses in college besides geology). Then I will apply to med school. Can anyone give me advice on my journey towards this career? I know I am just starting out, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The standard advice applies as this is a frequently asked question. Focus on getting into med school.

Once you're in med school, keep an open mind. If you're still set on Rads when you get into med school, get involved with research and interest groups, and do very well in medical school. Regardless, recognize you're likely to change your mind.
