Don't waste your money on kaplan course, you can study on your own and do well with a fraction of the cost.

If you want to start now, start reading cliffs AP bio ($5-15), then use kaplan's study guide (it's about $50). After you've gone through both, hit destroyer! ($150)
practice cdp and cdm whenever you are bored. ($100-150)

and 1-2 months before your test, do topscore. ($50)

That works out to about $400 😀
good luck

thank you for the quick input, actually I'm in between taking the course and not but what makes me think that I need to take is that english is my second language and I'm new in the state so may be it could help me .anyway thanks again🙂

There's a chance that it could help you, but chances are it won't give you the best result for THAT much money. Kaplan is a surface for people who are unmotivated and can't stick to a studying plan. They go at a slow pace, it's a huge waste of time and money.
I am very bitter against this type of service, because they advertise themselves out to be so helpful, but once you have sat in the class (with your instructor who has only scored a 21), you feel like you've been cheated and you can't get your money back. All their techniques can be summarized in 1 lesson, but they drag on so they can charge you more.

I don't think you necessarily need the Kaplan course to do well on this test. Cliff's AP Bio, Kaplan's review guide, and your freshman bio textbook should cover most of the biology you need to know. As for Ochem and Gchem, just use Kaplan's guide, then move onto Destroyer. I think Crack DAT PAT is a must if you want to perform well on the PAT portion. Reading Comprehension is a little bit trickier in that it's pretty hard to "study" for. Just practice with Topscore and hope you don't get an "inference" and "tone" passage. If you have any further questions, I'd be happy to answer them, just PM me.
