hi,
I already tray 2 times from Saudi Arabia last month,to obtain USA visa
and they told me in USA embassy in ALRAYAD that I did not have strong tie out side USA ).this is why they refuse my visa . I make interview 2 times .
now I feel more afraid as I already arrange my exam date in (26 -05-2009 ).in,state of Pennsylvania
I will tray in Egypt after 2 month in my annual vacation .
i apply for visitor visa and i already show them all my document (letter from NBDE-ece report-parametric test center appointment of my exam)
and I have already more than 40 000 sr in bank .
all document I show them
but in both my interview after long interview they told (no strong tie out side Saudi Arabia )
so this is why I am afraid form interview in Egypt
please I need to advise me about my next interview in USA EMBASSY in Cairo
and my chance to take the visa (B1 )

This was hard to understand, but I tryed.
From changing places for the interview nothing is going to change - your file is on the computer and available for your next interview officer.
You need to show strong ties, which are usually a job with a record, not just started; family - like wife, sick or older parent, who is your dependent; a property, which you own. Money in the bank are not considered a tie to a country - they are easily transferable.
Again, if you show the desire to study to become a dentist in the USA it screams, that your have a strong desire to immigrate. Embassy people are not idiots, they cant allow everyone to enter the country
