"medical director" in a lot of job is a fluff title and basically synonymous with being the psychiatrist smd confers no advantages or power

They offered me independent contractor rate of 170/hr Friday with no benefits. Terrible

It's getting there, $200/hour is really the threshold. And it ought to include benefits.

That's what I asked for 200/hr without benefits but they offered 170 and I declined.
