hi everyone

i am medicine student from syria 4th year , i really need your help to put some light on the health system in uk because i did not find any sufficient info for holding internship spot for an img .
so can you describe generally the steps , and one more thing , i have bulgarian permenant residency , does it help me or increase my chances
