Advisors and MCAT Scores

I read on another forum that your advisor gets you scores before you do. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this? I don't care if my advisor gets mine first, but I would sure pay them a visit to check them out.

Anyone know the real deal as far as this goes? 😕

I'm not sure about this either. I went to my premed committee to turn in my application (our school has a premed interview/application process we have to go through).

Anyways, I brought along a copy of my MCAT scores and asked if they needed them and they said yes.

We have a similar comittee here.

I know in the past the pre-med advisor at our school got the scores a couple of days before MCAT takers did.
