You shouldn't be concerned about the questions you will be asked, but what questions you will ask? Think about it this way--you are giving up approx. 50-70K in your first year to go to an AEGD. What are they offering you that will be equal in value to the money you will not be earning? You will not get a higher salary your first year out of the AEGD, so don't assume that will make up the difference in earnings. Are you just going to be working at a "mill" for nothing or is it hospital based and if it is then is that what you plan to do in the future. Are you placing/restoring implants, doing 2nd molar endo, wizzies, etc. Don't worry about them, worry about yourself and how it will further your career. If you pick the wrong AEGD, then in 6 months you will be kicking yourself for not getting a real job.
