Did you feel you pretty much did not have to annotate that much from UWorld at all since Pathomas explanation was really helpful and relatively thorough?

I think it's still a good idea to. It reinforces concepts and obviously has more 'connections' which Pathoma doesn't necessarily hit on - I prefer to make note of those points. That's also assuming you have the time to. I guess it depends on the individual and your own retention.

Maybe if you were someone who hit Goljan than you wouldn't necessarily need to as much since that hits patho-phys as well as other subjects.
