Once ERAS is submitted with LORs sent and appropriate documents sent, there is nothing else left, right? Specific places dont have supplemental things- correct?

For the most part, yes. A word of caution, though - 1 of the programs I applied to requests that people send in their preferred interview dates BEFORE their application is reviewed/before they are offered an interview. So, wouldn't be a bad idea to take an hour and go to the websites of all the places you applied, look for the "application" or "how to apply" link, and just make sure they don't have any funky requirements.
