Had a root canal about three years ago with a fill-in, however I never got the crown done cause I've been too busy. But now it's coming back to bite me cause the fill-in fell out and my tooth is slowly deteriorating and breaking apart whenever I chew on solid foods. Half of the tooth is already gone and it's constantly giving me headaches every time I eat.

Should I go to the dentist to have it extracted or should I just improvise? 😀

I'm taking this OP as a joke, but for anybody else who, for any crazy reason, considers this a legitimate question: Go see a dentist. :sendoff:

I apologize if the post sounded like a flame but I am actually quite serious.
At the moment I cannot afford a dentist and forgive me for sounding ignorant, but- if the root canal has already been done, I wanted to know if there would be any complications from taking out the tooth myself? Would I still risk infection?

Someone please advisee! =(

Normally I want these threads closed like yesterday but for some sick reason I want to see where this one is going...

I'm not a dentist, but I will be happy to offer you advice:

Go see a dentist!!

Any advice that he/she can give you is waaaayyyy better than any advice that random strangers from an internet message board can offer you. Furthermore, asking for medical advice is prohibited on SDN.

Closing.
