I will be turning 21 in two months, which makes a bit younger than everyone else applying. Will this make a difference in my application? I mean, at the end of school, I will be a DOCTOR of Physical Therapy. Or will this make me better, since I'll be in the field longer?

Makes no difference. I had just turned 21 when I applied. Schools are required not to discriminate based on age.

I started PT school when I was still 20, turned 21 about 3 weeks into the program. I was the youngest in my class by over a year but I am happy school is out of the way. I graduated 3 years ago and am planning on being debt free shortly after I turn 28 (next year).

Age matters. If you're younger your brain and body work better, plus more time to grow as a PT and more time to repay loans.
The important thing is maturity. We talk a lot about ethical issues, professionalism and psyco-social issues.
Being in my 30s and having had some diverse life experiences, I do feel like I have a step up here when it comes to the 20/22 year olds in the class.
