Air Force selection?

The AirForce has posted 30 scholarships as of last week. Anyone out there made it? Anyone selected is not going to accept? They will have another review for the remaining scholarships on 20 April. I hope I make it. I am alternate 5 at present. They say I have a good chance to make it with my "alternate 5" status. 😕 The whole selection process is pretty confusing.

My recruiter told me. I received a call from the recruiter that I was selected in the morning last week and than received a call again in the afternoon that they had made a mistake????? My parents got all upset at this error and further conversation with the recruiter , we understand (Do we?) that I was placed on an alternate list ...5th 0f 25 alternates. Not selected as yet... but placed on an alternate list. The next review is 20 April. Apparently not all applicants had received their acceptance letters ( I did) so the Air Foece felt it was not fair and decided to have two batches in their selection process.
So, Air Force plays games too?

The recruiter I met with didn't even know that there was a second selection coming up! As a result, I may stand no chance but am submitting my application to the army and air force to keep my options open.

I got a call from my recruiter today that I was selected by the Air Force. 🙂 I heard that the Air Force and Navy have completed their selection for 2006-2007 but the Army is still accepting applications.
Anyone else selected by Air force? Any one going to NSU in the fall?

Awsome, congrads. Not sure if I want to do it anymore. I think I may just go into debt haha.
