FA says in Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome there are increased levels of Testosterone, Estrogen, and LH. This makes sense to me since there are defective androgen receptors and they won't be feeding back on the AP. But, Goljan's RR Pathology says there are normal levels of T and DHT, and slightly increased levels of LH and estradiol levels.
So, both of them say there is increased LH and Estrogen, but Goljan states that the increased LH isn't increasing Testosterone.
Does anyone know which one is right?
For reference: Goljan p. 95; FA 2011 p. 486
