AK Lectures for Biochemistry

Hey everyone,

Does anyone have a playlist for all the biochem videos I should know for the MCAT from AK lectures videos?

Also, how are you guys using his videos to study? (Anki, Taking notes some other way)

If you have Voet or Lehninger Biochemistry, I think he follows the examples/diagrams from there. I watched his videos when I felt my prep books weren't doing a good job of explaining the reactions/mechanisms and when I wanted more detail. He's great at explaining things in a logical way and I think that helped the material really stick for me.
