there is a resident at my hospital who left albany last year. i did not speak directly to him, but heard him talking to another student about it. so second (or third??) hand, he said that he didn't have any problems at all with the program or the residents. he just realized that he really enjoyed gyn onc, and wanted to be at an institution with a strong gyn onc program. sorry i don't know more details, but hope that helps a little bit!
