I've heard it is in a beautiful area. Anyone ever interview there or actually in the program? How is the teaching, Call schedule, life in albany. etc... any feedback would be great.

I interviewed there for 2005 match. It's a nice place but it was really cold even in Sept-Oct. The hospital has some solid history behind it but I don't know if that should matter. The PD talked a lot about lack of funds and such. I don't know how important it is for you, I was really turned off by a screechy elevator in their office builiding and a load of bird droppings while touring the hospital😀. It might not be a bad place if you have no other choice but I would not put it in my top 5. It was actually 8-9 on my list.
