Albany secondary frustration!

Hey has anyone else had problems with Albany's secondary online? I have tried to submit and save my application three times now and I keep getting dumped back to the main menu with no saved data. I used Netscape and IE. Anyone have an answer to this problem?😡

Ok since no one replied I called Albany. They said that the secondary doesn't work correctly with a firewall. So if you have one you must disable it prior to saving and submiting the data. Just a friendly hand.

Why did you pm me with your attempt to insult me? Are you too much of a coward to say it in the forum? Maybe that's why your last resort was to call the school and get the correct information instead of doing it in the first place. I think you have confidence issues and took my post WAY too seriously. Anyways, you don't know me so, whatever!

I was trying not to get everyone involved but since you asked.
I believe that SDN is what one would call a resource. That being said it made sense to access that resource of applicants who might have encounterd said problem earlier and would know of a fix.
As I recall it You were the one who initiated the public insullts. I simply didn't feel it need to continue in such a way. So you can take you maturity comment and shove it up your A$$.
And while I am stooping to your level let it be known that only an immature, young , insecure, loser who talks big behind a veil of internet ananymoty would make such a disparaging comment in the first place.
Besides your amazingly insitful repsones clearly show who you are. It is always nice when one confirms your preminitions about them.
And just in case you dont read this in the public post I will PM you again.

Hi, just the info. I also have fire wall and used Netscape for AMC 2 application, but I did not have any problems.
But I did have HUGE PROBLEMS with Duke 2 application, they extended deadline for me in the 1st place, so I did not want to bother Duke again. I used Netscape for it too instead of recommended Explorer and I must have lost different essays at least 10 times. It took me 12 hours to finally complete Duke.
