This has been asked before but my scenario is a little different. Wondering how ****ed I am

incident 1: sophomore into junior year summer, fake ID taken at a university location (idiot). Wasn't drinking, no police charges, but had to go through my schools alcohol program and pay $120. Not sure if it is on my record (need to check)

incident 2: junior year, on a different schools campus, not 21 yet. Get picked up and charged with minor intoxication, a petty misdemeanor (lowest fine/charge possible. Nothing associated with my university cause it was someplace else)

Sorry I partied in undergrad. Am I totally ****ed? Two incidents of being a complete boozer underage?

MCAT 514, GPA 3.75, two years off doing research (idk if this helps but whatever)
You have both an IA and a misdemeanor on two different alcohol charges. Both need to be reported on AMCAS in short, wholly factual statements without even any hint of excuse and with complete acceptance that you were a foolish, immature college student (like every other college studen)

No one here can tell you what your chances are. Each adcom will view these infractions differently.

All you can do now is maximize everything else on your app and apply. Your stats are good! Make sure you have a lot of shadowing, clinical and non-clinical volunteer hours, and leadership roles. Edit all of your essays judiciously and ask others to read them. Practice interview skills. You need to be very polished.

Finally, don’t consider leaving that first one off your app. Regardless of whether or not there’s a “record” of it, as Gonnif mentioned, it’s an IA and needs to be reported.
