so hydroboration via 1. BH3 THF/ 2. H2O2/H2O, OH- of:

internal alkyne --> enol and will tautomerize into a ketone
therefore 2 products?

could they have us choose btwn an enol and a ketone?


terminal alkyne --> enol and will tautomerize into a aldehyde
therefore 2 products?

could they have us choose btwn an enol and an aldehyde?

They won't do that, there will be more ketone than enol though. Maybe they could ask which is the major product? Choose ketone.

Again, probably not, but aldehyde = major product.
