So, say that a pre-medical student wanted to apply to all medical schools in the country. What courses would he/she need to meet the requirements for all of them. I'll update this post as people reply, to ensure I am not missing anything.

1 year of Biology
1 year of Chemistry
1 year of Organic Chemistry
1 year of Biochemistry
1 year of Physics
1 year of Maths (Some schools require calculus, and stats)
1 year of Writing/English
Psychology

What am I missing here?

Some schools specifically want 1 yr English rather than just Writing.

Human/Animal/Mammalian Physiology for Creighton

From what I have seen from some schools, not all require a full year of biochem. Some schools say they want 2 years worth of chemistry that includes inorganic, organic, and biochem. Other schools only ask for 1 semester (or 2 quarters) of biochem.
Does anyone know which schools actually require 1 full year of biochem?

May be important to specify which ones need a lab. For example many schools offer 1 year of physics without the lab but most schools require the lab. Also according to MSAR some schools not only requires biochem but also a biochem lab, which I think is much less common for most premeds to take, at least at my school.

Off the top of my head, UIC requires at least one 200+ level Bio class and 2 humanities/fine arts courses taken in the same discipline

Univ of Missouri Kansas City requires genetics and cell bio

From my sneak peak at the MSAR earlier today I also saw that some school have the checkmark for requiring the lab, while others don't. I took the labs, thankfully, but I only took 2 quarters worth of Biochem (don't have the time to fit in a 3rd quarter), so I want to avoid applying to those schools that require a full year. It would be nice to get a list of those schools so that people like me who only took 2 quarters, or the people who didn't take the labs know what to avoid.

Agreed. My school doesn't even offer biochem lab. I'll have to look through the MSAR and see if many schools require the lab to see if I should look into taking it elsewhere...however this is a task for after my finals.

This is incorrect. Yale does not require biochemistry lab -- it is only recommended.

I was just going off MSAR. I'm sure if there website says that it is more accurate, will edit post.

I've been sticking to their websites for class requirements since usually the website will say how many units they require, whether you can substitute a class with something else, etc.
I use the MSAR for basically everything else though

Some schools have some pretty elaborate specific things. Like I think Hopkins requires 24+ credits of humanities. The typical minimum set of classes would be

1 yr Bio, Chem, Organic, Physics + labs
1 year math (calc + stats)
1 year english
1 semester psych, socio, and biochem

I would also be interested in this, I thought a semester was common plus at least a year of Orgo etc

I remember seeing that on Hopkins' site, and I wonder if the 24+ is different depending on what credit system you school uses. For instance, my current college does mostly 4 credit-hour classes with 16 being the standard credit hour load. OTOH, the place I'm transferring to has a 3 credit/course, 15 credits total normal course load, and this seems to be more common.

Probably pursuing a humanities minor (and almost certainly won't be qualified for Hopkins), so I don't particularly care, but I'd be interested to know the answer. @LizzyM if your school specifies minimum numbers of hours, are they different depending on the undergrad credit hour system?

I don't have a link handy but I'm pretty certain 3 quarters = 2 semesters is how it is done. Most schools just phrase it as "one year"
