Hey

Is there anyone out there who has asthma and allergies and is doing pathology? Can you please share your experiences with regards to asthma and inhalation of fumes? I am majorly atopic and get utricaria of unknown causes too. Alongside I also have asthma and respiratory allergies.

medicine and go into law or investment banking.

I am not the biggest expert on allergies and asthma, but everyone is different. Someone else's experience is not necessarily going to apply to you. You have to investigate for yourself. Some people are allergic to chemicals in pathology labs (i.e. formalin) but I don't really think it associates with other allergies.

I would rather smell formalin and necrotic colon than some of the stank breath you have to smell in ophtho.

My question was regarding patho and not Ophtho.
