I have an allergy for last three years and sinus surgery was done a year ago and Dr didnt resolve the problem and i have been taking allegra 180 mg for almost 3 years .
Once a while allergy will get out of control and I seek the treatment from allergy Dr and he prescribes steroid for a week then that would go away for 2 to 3 months
.
Now MD advised me to start the allergy shots every week for 6 months then one every month for couple of years inorder to desensitise the body from allergy reactions for ever
Can someone please give a second opinion about the allergy shots in terms of benefits vs side effects
