Ok, I'm now Invisalign certified. I have some patients with class I malocclusion.

If I'm not mistaken, I'm supposed to:

1) Take PVS impressions and mail them to Align labs
2) After processing time, check align's website, log onto the patient's data, and verify that the new occlusion is ideal.
3) Check the mail for pt's clear braces
4) Follow the instructions provided with the braces kit

That's it, right? Can someone help me?

If you are Invisalign certified, shouldn't you know how the system works?

Guys, I'm not joking. I really need help and I don't know what to do.

Hmm just a thought. I've tried some full arch PVS impressions and they proved to be quite challenging. If it were me I would go for alginates and pour them up myself. I'm thinking its more than accurate enough for their prosthesis to be fabricated.

My advice is if you don't know anything about these procedures, REFER the patients!!!!

invisalign only accepts PVS - an alginate wont make the trip to costa rica. you have the steps basically right, i highly recommend reviewing the clin check with someone experienced. if you accept what they send right off the bat with no revisions, your case most likely will not work out well. watch out for the amount of IPR they want you to do, and watch out for the order that it occurs.

also warn the patient that they will most likely need composite attachments to go with it. people are always surprised by that. AND, make sure you charge enough to cover your costs in the case that they will need traditional braces to get them finished to any acceptable level. (~75% in my hands)
