You shouldn't have a problem getting interviews with those stats. Then it's up to your personality...

You might consider adding another 3-4 schools just to maximize your chances.
 
Isn't UF hard to get into out of state?
 
UF seems tough to get into as an OOS student with those stats, but you never know. Give it a shot
 
Hey man, your stats are really nice, and I love how you have research and also community activities.

If you can, I would try get more shadowing hours and also apply to more schools (it can't hurt! a few hundred bucks is a drop in the bucket compared to your increased options/chances).

Other than that, you seem rock solid to me! All you gotta do other than that is ace the interviews.

UIC(instate)
Southern Illinois(instate)
NOVA
UF
Louisville
Kentucky
Indiana
Possibly other midwest/east coast schools as well

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

strong science credentials (GPA and TS)... you are competitive.
my only suggestion is to apply to few more schools for better guarantee
