Am I a re-applicant if I submitted a primary to a school but not a secondary?

On AMCAS, it asks if we have previously applied to a medical school, and the options are "Yes" or "No."

I'm wondering if I should mark "Yes" for schools that I submitted a primary application to last year, but did NOT complete their secondary?

Yup. If you submitted a primary, you applied.
